The briefing
The Munich Security Conference (MSC) is one of the world’s most important forums for debates on international security policy.
In order to further increase the reach and influence of the conference, LOBECO was asked to develop and implement an innovative and comprehensive concept for the planning, design and realization of a modern studio.
The aim was to present high-ranking guests from the world of politics in the best possible light and to make the content of the conference accessible to a broad audience on the MSC’s social media platforms.
The implementation
Planning, conception and realization of the studio by LOBECO: A tailor-made and ultra-modern studio was developed
Many high-ranking guests in two studios: prominent participants included Kaja Kallas, General Carsten Breuer, Robert Habeck, Ricarda Lang, Dr. Adanna Steinacker, Wolfgang Schmidt
Streaming on multiple platforms: Broadcasts took place on YouTube, CNBC and the MSC conference platform to ensure maximum reach and accessibility.
Increased reach through network activation and cross-channel
Integration of Creator: MSC Creator could use the studio to produce their own content
LOBECO as interface: LOBECO acted as the central interface between the MSC organizers and the decision-makers at YouTube to ensure a smooth process.
Staging the studio: The studio was specifically staged before, during and after the interviews, including a guest book and a “Wall of Fame”
