According to Stanford University’s AI Index Report 2024, AI-based systems now outperform humans in basic tasks such as reading comprehension, image classification and mathematical tasks. To date, generative AI tools have been in high demand in the B2C sector. However, customized tools are becoming increasingly important for companies, whether start-ups or SMBs. These models specialize precisely in the requirements of the respective teams and greatly simplify routine tasks for employees.
Even if the AI hype is cooling down a little at the moment, the great era of artificial intelligence applications still lies ahead of us. Brands will continue to be created and developed by people in the future, because human intelligence is better able to solve many brand management challenges than artificial intelligence.
