As the first employee, Sebastian has been a mainstay of the young company since its foundation in May 2014 and has always accompanied the development of LOBECO, expanded the premium customer base through his expertise and experience and significantly shaped the corporate culture. He gained important experience as a team leader and managing consultant and gradually expanded his area of responsibility.
In addition to his existing work, Sebastian’s move to the management board will enable him to drive forward the further development of LOBECO’s services and products. A central component of his work will be the training and expansion of expert teams at LOBECO in order to improve quality in the specialist areas and further increase internal know-how. This is our response to the increasing complexity of digital communication in recent years, which requires ever greater and more detailed specialist knowledge for the development of social media strategies and campaigns. Sebastian will also be responsible for Human Resources, focusing on new promotion and development opportunities for LOBECO employees.
As the sole Managing Director to date, Lorenz emphasizes the outstanding impact of his colleague and highlights Sebastian’s remarkable achievements for the company: “Sebastian Iffert has accompanied and significantly shaped the path and development of LOBECO over the past 4.5 years.
